Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days.

Our warehouse is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM PST, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please note that processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, product launches, and high-volume periods.

ORDER CHANGES

Need to make a change? Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Flat rate shipping fees may range from $6.99 to $12.99.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Italia Deluxe Makeup is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping and billing information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you must contact us within 30 days of the date tracking first shows the package is being returned to sender.

If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, no replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued.

Once the package has been received back at our warehouse, an electronic gift card may be issued for the product amount minus a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
