Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policies

Thank you for shopping at Italia Deluxe Makeup! We at Italia Deluxe Makeup strive to provide the best quality makeup at an affordable price. 


We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items on our website. This includes gift cards as well.


All items are final sale. Please view the following for eligible exchanges (no returns accepted):

  • Missing or incorrect items for reasons due to Company error.

  • We only replace items at no cost to the customer if there is a manufacturing defect.

Customers of Italia Deluxe Makeup, and/or (the “Site”) may obtain an exchange if due to a reason listed above and if the exchange is made within seven to ten (7-10) calendar days from the date of delivery and in accordance with the Policies below. Please notify our customer service team within 3 hours of placing your order regarding any questions on your order. If you need to make an approved exchange (per our policy above), email us at or call 213-688-1535 between 9 AM to 4 PM PST. MONDAY - FRIDAY for instructions.

Exchange Requirements:

In order to complete your exchange, you must provide a valid order # from our website (WE DO NOT SELL THROUGH AMAZON, EBAY, OR ANY ONLINE THIRD PARTY WEBSITE) and images of defective and/or missing items. Also include your order ID, phone number, email address, and shipping address if different from the original order. Upon receipt of the exchanged items, Italia Deluxe Customer Service will contact you to confirm your exchange needs and arrange the collection of your billing information to ship the exchanged products to you.

Exchanges will not be given for any items that are:

  • Not purchased from the Company and/or Site;

  • Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Company error

  • Returned more than seven (7-10) days after the date of delivery.

Please note, that if a desired product for exchange is out-of-stock, we will issue an electronic gift card for the total amount of the product paid for.

Items you receive from our store as a gift are not eligible for exchange.


The Company accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB and Paypal. 


All prices for merchandise are stated in U.S. Dollars. 


Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $7.95: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery, lost, or damaged orders made by carriers. If this incident occurs, contact USPS customer service and file a claim. If it has already left our warehouse, we can not make any changes.

In the occurrence, that your package is sent back to us by the carrier, only the product amount will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A traceable method of shipment is highly recommended to prove your product was received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item unless there was a manufacturer defect or a company error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your shipping address.
