Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policies

Please notify our customer service team within 3 hours of placing your order regarding any questions or changes to your order. If you need to make an approved exchange (per our policy below), email us at info@citycosmeticsinc.com or call 213-688-1535 between 9 AM to 4 PM PST. MONDAY - FRIDAY for instructions.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items on our website. This includes gift cards as well.
Please note that if an item is out of stock, we will automatically issue an electronic gift card for the total amount of the product paid for.
EXCHANGES
All items are final sale. Please view the following for eligible exchanges (no returns accepted):
- Purchased from the Company and/or Site
- Missing or incorrect items for reasons due to Company error
- Items with a manufacturing defect
- Customer service was contacted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers of Italia Deluxe Makeup and/or www.italiadeluxemakeup.com (the “Site”) may obtain an exchange if due to the reasons listed above. If your order fails to meet the requirements stated above, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue an exchange.
Exchange Requirements:
To complete your exchange, you must provide
- A valid order# from our website (WE DO NOT SELL THROUGH AMAZON, EBAY, OR ANY ONLINE THIRD PARTY WEBSITE)
- Images of defective and/or missing items.
- Phone number, email address, and shipping address
To exchange your policy-approved product, mail your product to:

Upon receiving the exchanged items, Italia Deluxe Customer Service will contact you to confirm your exchange needs and arrange the collection of your billing information to ship the exchanged products to you.
If you do not receive your exchanged product within two weeks of its approval, please email us at info@citycosmeticsinc.com

All Sale items are final sale.
GIFTS/FREE GIFTS
Items you receive from our store as a gift are not eligible for exchange.
SHIPPING
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to process. Please note that weekends are not included, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and secure shipping address. If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to the wrong address, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us. An electronic gift card for the product amount only will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery, lost, or damaged orders made by carriers. If this incident occurs, contact USPS customer service and file a claim. If it has already left our warehouse, we can not make any changes.
Flat Rate Shipping Fees of $6.99, $8.99, $10.99, and $12.99 depending on the total weight and shipping distance of your order. Kindly take note of the updated prices during checkout. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
