RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges if:
- You received the wrong item
- An item was missing from your order
- You received a defective product
To qualify for an exchange:
- The order must have been placed on italiadeluxemakeup.com
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Photos of the issue may be required.
BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEMS
If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team first.
Do not return any products without first receiving instructions from our team.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Italia Deluxe Makeup is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will issue an electronic gift card for the value of the item.
